Here are the 11 luxury car brands that currently don’t offer EVs.
1. Acura
Acura is yet to join the electric vehicle party, but the automaker is not ruling out the possibility altogether. In fact, plans are underway after the luxury automaker used Monterey Car Week to announce its electric plans. The big news is that the NSX supercar will be the first Acura to get an electric powertrain.
2. Alfa Romeo
The current Alfa Romeo lineup doesn’t include any electric vehicles, but that could soon change. Stellantis, which owns the luxury brand, plans to invest $27 billion in electric and hybrid cars over the next four years, according to CNBC. One of the first models to get an electric powertrain will be the Tonale PHEV, a compact SUV launched in 2022.
