A thrilling Super Car GT3 deciders awaits at the B-Quik TSS season finale
The Super Car GT3 title race is set for a cliffhanger conclusion in this weekend’s B-Quik Thailand Super Series (TSS) season finale at Buriram’s Chang International Circuit.
Just five points separate Sandy Stuvik – who is chasing a hat-trick of titles – and Akash Nandy in the #25 B-Quik Absolute Racing Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II from the #11 Vattana Motorsport Honda NSX duo of Andrea Gagliardini and Jacopo Guidetti.
Each entry scored a race win last time out and, with seven points the gap between a first place and a second place, it could very well be a winner-takes all scenario this Sunday in Super Car GT3.
Third in the overall standings are Chonsawat Asavahame and Pitsanu Sirimongkolkasem in the #28 Vattana Lamborghini Huracan GT3.
That means they are mathematically in the hunt for outright honours but more likely focused on clinching the title in the Am class, in which they hold a seven-point advantage over Daniel Bilski and Philip Massoud in the #27 B-Quik Absolute Audi.
Also in Super Car GT3, Viper Niza Racing continues to field their Aston Martin Vantage GT3, piloted by Douglas Khoo and Dominic Ang, while former Formula 1 driver Markus Winkelhock reprises his role in the #55 B-Quik Absolute Audi with Vincente Floriendo.
